More than 40pc of voters undecided on eve of poll

More than 40 per cent of voters have not decided which way to cast their ballots in tomorrow's poll, according to a survey.

The poll also showed that 11.8 per cent did not know tomorrow was polling day.

Up to 65.5 per cent said they would vote and 20.6 per cent said they would not.

Of those prepared to vote, 43.7 per cent said they had not decided which candidate they would back.

The Democratic Party was the most popular, with support from 22.4 per cent. The Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong scored 5.1 per cent.

Of those not prepared to vote, 26 per cent said there was no candidate worth backing and 16.7 per cent said they were not interested.
