The IVE has three computer centres, located at Chai Wan, Tsing Yi and Sha Tin campuses.

Students have access to information on the Internet and departmental intranets.

The language centres at each campus are equipped with multimedia language laboratories, audio-visual equipment and tutor-supported independent learning centres.

Campus library collections vary from 30,000 to 90,000 volumes at different sites.

The careers advisory centre provides information on occupations, major employers, work skills and further studies.

Counselling services help students with problems that affect their studies and development.
