Various Artists - Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics (Columbia) It is clearly sacrilegious to associate a religious holiday with faecal matter. But you cannot expect much more from South Park. The show chronicling the lives of four foul-mouthed children has mastered the art of taking pot-shots at anyone and anything.

Inspired by the series' infamous Christmas episode, featuring a talking-singing-dancing turd, Mr Hankey's Christmas Classics includes a slew of offensive Christmas-themed songs.

Anyone who believes that this holiday has become overly commercialised will appreciate the sentiment.

Downright rude, the album is hysterical in its unabashed critique of religion: Jews, Hindus, Muslims, Taoists, Christians, even atheists, no one is spared.

Listening to the portly Eric Cartman wail O Holy Night is a highlight, as is Kyle Broflofski bemoaning being The Lonely Jew On Christmas.

Other characters make an appearance here, including the school counsellor Mr Mackey, teacher Mr Garrison, and the album's star, Mr Hankey, and none have any musical ability.
