For the past few months, I have been buying, from ParknShop, fresh soy beans, which I boil, and bean curd dessert packs, which we all like.

Because of the current controversy over genetically modified food, I hope there is an expert in Hong Kong who can inform the public whether these soy products are safe to ingest. I understand most of these come from Taiwan.
