World number five Mary Pierce, number 22 Chanda Rubin, number 23 Jennifer Capriati and junior number two Virginie Razzano were in Hong Kong to compete for the Watson's Water Millennium Cup. In between vying for the cup, the four top players held a coaching session in Victoria Park for 50 local fans.

Pierce, Rubin, Capriati and Razzano headed four groups and passed on tips on serving, volleys and different strokes.

At the end of the coaching session they picked Cindy Lee Si- nga and Daniel Crisp as the most improved girl and boy, respectively. Pierce presented awards to them.

Si-nga, 14, who has been playing tennis for three years, said world number one Martina Hingis was her favourite tennis player.
