THREE men were arrested in Shamshuipo yesterday in connection with the theft of $11,000 from a 36-year-old fellow-Vietnamese man on January 14.

 The victim reported the robbery to the police and two days later was kidnapped by three men and held in a house in Tsuen Wan where he was beaten and threatened with a toy gun.
