Food hazard

About 145kg worth of food items, including bean curd, fishballs, and soya bean juice, were seized from 20 shops in Mongkok after they failed to handle them properly, the Food and Environment Hygiene Department said. One delivery worker was summoned for failing to protect the food he was handling from risk of contamination.
