Reuters in buy out

REUTERS has bought Effix Holdings SA, a major supplier of software for Reuters dealing room information management systems, from the Paris-based Banque Internationale de Gestion et de Tresorerie (BIGT) for FF58.8 million (about HK$82.3 million).
