I am writing to seek clarification regarding the fate of Sai Kung's only hotel the New Beach Resort. Rumours have been circulating for months, regarding proposed developments close to the hotel that will result in the closure of all or part of its facilities.
What changes are going to take place? Also, I would appreciate an answer from the hotel's management regarding the status of its hotel membership. I, along with many other Sai Kung residents, bought a VIP card for the hotel's sports facilities last summer. However, for the last five months the tennis courts have been unusable, while awaiting repairs. I have written to the resort, but have not received a reply. I'm sure other members want to know how management proposes to compensate them.
