Consultant and quantity surveyor Franklin & Andrews (Hong Kong) has bagged a $600 million project that is part of the Tseung Kwan O new town development. The Mass Transit Railway Corp appointed the company to prepare detailed designs and tender documentation for Tseung Kwan O South station. 'This latest deal enhances our rail experience that includes work on the West Rail and Airport Railway projects,' Franklin & Andrews managing director Jeremy Newton said. In October, the company was part of a consultancy group that won a Kowloon-Canton Railway contract to oversee alterations to the Hung Hom station, part of the East Rail extension project.
