China Resources Enterprise, Cheung Kong (Holdings) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) are seeking pre-sale consent for Villa Esplanada phase three in Tsing Yi.
The phase-three development, comprising 1,200 units in four blocks, was the biggest of the four new pre-sale applications the Lands Department received last month.
Emperor Group and movie star Jackie Chan Kong-sang applied for a consent to pre-sell their 299-unit venture JC Place in Tuen Mun.
The other two applications were from Spotview Development for its 82-unit project in Tai Po Road and Nicety Investment for its 16-unit Ascot Park in Kwu Tung.
Including the new submissions, the Lands Department was processing 10 applications involving 3,771 unfinished flats at the end of last month.
The department issued six consents for the sale of 2,492 residential units in six developments last month.
