So now boats and aircraft are to be prohibited from the area around the Disney site on Lantau for fear of spoiling 'the magic'.
Mr Mike Rowse mentions 'safety' as a reason to impose these bans.
When I look out of my window and see helicopters flying tourists on pleasure flights low over Stanley and Shek O, where are the safety considerations then? Surely this is a red herring used to justify acquiescence to yet another demand from Disney.
Is it not the case that Mr Rowse has backed himself into a corner by telling everyone how vital Disney is, and now he has to bow down and agree whenever further concessions and special arrangements are demanded by the Disney corporation?
