Standard signs

We refer to the letter from Frank C. Chen, headlined, 'Unsightly' (South China Morning Post, February 21).

Hong Kong Park is built on a hilly terrain which covers a number of slopes.

The signs installed at the slopes are of standard design in order to comply with current requirements for slope registration.

We note the concerns of your reader and have been working closely with our maintenance agent to find ways to improve the signs aesthetically.
