As one who uses the airport about twice a week, I find that, overall, it provides a very good service. There is, however, room for improvement. I hope that the Airport Authority will consider a few suggestions: The internal shuttle train should be extended to serve all gates and not just run along the centre spine. Presently, with the climb down two levels to the train, the wait for the train, and then the climb up at the other end, it is almost faster to walk the distance. Extend the train service to the ends of the spines. Alternatively, provide a shuttle bus from the immigration counter to remote gates like No 49.
Sinks and taps in the toilets are too high for children. Facilities are needed that are accessible to younger travellers.
Trolleys should not be allowed airside. Such facilities only encourage travellers to bring too much hand luggage.
