Barrister bankruptcy

BANKRUPTCY proceedings against barrister Duncan Percy have been lodged at the High Court by the Director of Legal Aid.

In 1997, Mr Percy was involved in a court battle with his wife, when the couple were going through a divorce. He represented himself but was ordered to pay his wife's costs, estimated at hundreds of thousands of dollars.
