NEDLLOYD Lines Hongkong has set up a telephone enquiry system called ''Plus Voice'' to improve customer service. By calling telephone number 880 1777, a shipper can obtain updated information 24 hours a day regarding export and inbound sailing schedules, cargo closing times and inbound cargo availability. It also provides a facsimile service which allows shippers or consignees to obtain a fax copy of sailing schedules, bill of lading samples, booking forms and bank guarantee forms. Nedlloyd plans to add more features to this system in the near future. Meanwhile, Nedlloyd Districentres has expanded its operations in Spain with the opening of a 12,000 sq m centre in Barcelona. It brings the number of Nedlloyd centres to 32 in Europe.
