There are secret goings-on in Hong Kong's fragrant harbour, Lai See can report.
Shrouded in mystery and under cover of broad daylight, Greenpeace activists will carry out another special action in relation to toxic pollution, according to a press release.
So it is probably similar to the one carried out last Saturday where the plan was to break into Tsing Yi waste-burning centre.
The protest was over the burning of medical waste.
'Details of the action have to be kept secret at the moment,' the latest press release said.
Journalists wanting to cover the action are advised only where and when to meet the activists' boat - the big green one in the harbour with Greenpeace, Rainbow Warrior written all over it - and are warned that 'you will be seaborne for several hours'.
