Cable & Wireless HKT Teleservices has launched a service in Taiwan it claims will allow users to save up to 30 per cent of the cost of operating their own in-house call centres. Cable & Wireless Teleservices Taiwan will start with 87 customer service staff.



C&W unit pledges call savings
