'The best cooking I have ever learned is from the Court of Justice - they cook all kinds of documents into lies and fix up innocent people.
'As my mother is old now and the servants are not as regular, I eat out a lot. I'm semi-retired now and so are a lot of my friends so we have the time to go around looking for good lunch deals.
'My favourite lunch spot is the Mariner's Club in Tsim Sha Tsui. It is never crowded and they do a great lunch buffet. Officially you have to be a member to use the club, which I am, but it does let non-members in for the lunch buffet which is a grand one.
'The Hunghom railway station does a terrific lunch. Again the seating is terrific and it has a wonderful view. It is very relaxing there and has reasonable prices.
'The Farm House is a chain of restaurants which has been running for 20-odd years and I've been going to them since they opened.
'Once a week I go on the Star Pisces which leaves Ocean Terminal at 9am and returns at 6pm. For just $100 you get a grand buffet, as well as wonderful entertainment - there is old-time singing as well as karaoke - and an exercise room. It is never-ending fun. I can't think of anywhere in the world where you can get such a luxurious cruise-ship deal for just $100.
