Earnings slump at Dongfang Electrical

H share Dongfang Electrical Machinery has reported a net loss of 36.65 million yuan for last year against a net gain of 43 million yuan the previous year. An operating loss of 44.75 million yuan was recorded. Turnover dropped 7.9 per cent to 750.12 million yuan. No final dividend will be issued.
