Wharf (Holdings) is offering to shoulder legal and stamp duty costs for flats sales at three of its projects during the Easter holidays in an attempt to lure buyers.
Property agents said the special offer represented a discount of about 2 per cent to 3 per cent on the original prices.
Wharf said the offer applied to sales made from Friday to Monday.
Units on offer include 12 flats of 722 to 978 square foot at Serenade Cove in Tsuen Wan, where the average price is $3,500 per square foot.
Another 10 units are available at Tower One of The Astrid, in Argyle Street.
The units, measuring 705 sq ft to 1,222 sq ft, are priced at an average of $5,500 per square foot. It is also selling at the Regalia, in Ho Man Tin, six apartments and a duplex at an average of $6,800 per square foot. The high-floor units range in size from 995 sq ft to 1,323 sq ft.
