These flights are licensed on a charter basis, which means there are some restrictions on who can issue the tickets. Best to book them through travel agencies.
Passengers on Dragonair's Shanghai flights can collect and fill-in a flight reconfirmation forms for their return flight (if also on Dragonair), and hand to cabin crew. After this they will not need to reconfirm in Shanghai.
This service is offered on the airline's flights to Hangzhou and Xiamen.
