A fun-packed campaign advocating regular exercise for everyone regardless of age was launched to promote an active lifestyle.

Jointly organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Department of Health, the year-long 'Healthy Exercise for All' campaign is designed to encourage the public to exercise regularly. It also promotes fitness exercises especially designed for overweight children, senior citizens and the disabled.

During the campaign, large- scale promotional events will be organised.
