Woman plunges to death as lover pulls out of suicide pact

A woman fell to her death after her boyfriend, with whom she planned to jump hand in hand, changed his mind and let go of her.

Ho Woon-hung, 34, watched his girlfriend Chau Tze-kwan, 25, plummet to her death from the 24th floor of King Kwai House, Shan King Estate, Tuen Mun, at 1am. He told police he did not jump with his girlfriend, whom he had met only a fortnight before, because he was 'scared'. The pair are believed to have had financial and personal problems.
