Next Media reshuffles

In a shareholding restructuring move, publishing group Next Media's parent Next International has distributed 1.88 billion Next Media shares to a group of Next International shareholders, including Next Media chairman Jimmy Lai Chee-ying. The transfer will give Mr Lai a direct interest of 59.2 per cent and an indirect stake of 0.6 per cent in Next Media.
