The right to act against passengers who behave badly on planes could be extended to all Hong Kong-bound planes pending a study by international aviation groups, said Secretary for Security Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee. 'Air rage' is now subject to law only if it takes place within SAR airspace or on planes registered here.
