Resign

The construction 'scandals' at the Housing Authority are the inevitable result of a policy that dictates that, year in and year out, 50,000 units are built by a public corporation that operates in isolation from market disciplines.

The individuals ultimately responsible for these scandals are those who originally formulated, sanctioned and advocated this massive expansion of centralised state housing.

It is their resignation that the public should call for.
