BIOGRAPHY - Jerome Cohen

Jerome Cohen is a partner at US law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison; and is based in New York. He also teaches courses on Chinese law and foreign investment at the New York University School of Law.

Mr Cohen is a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. He has also advised on foreign investment in the mainland since the 1970s.

Married, with three sons, Mr Cohen taught at the University of California and Harvard and was educated at Yale Law School.
