I have recently subscribed to an Autotoll pass in the belief that it would save me time when using the tunnels.

Whilst this is true in some cases, it is certainly not the case for the Cross Harbour Tunnel.
When approaching the booths from the Kowloon side in the evening, there is usually a long, slow-moving queue for the Autotoll lane whereas other lanes are shorter and faster. Can the authorities please consider providing an extra Autotoll lane? After all, I understood that it was the Government's policy to encourage the use of the Autotoll.
