MOVIE industry brothers Heung Wah-keung and Jimmy Heung Wah-shing yesterday went to the offices of the Organised Crime and Triad Bureau to assist an investigation into a gang attack on Christmas Day.
The brothers were invited to police headquarters following the arrest earlier in the day of a wealthy businessman, said to be a prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
The 43-year-old businessman, surnamed Chan, was arrested at his Ho Man Tin residence in relation to an attack on a group of security guards outside Club Deluxe at 2 am on Christmas Day last year.
Chan was still being detained last night.
Six or seven of the guards were injured in the fight.
Police are investigating allegations whether there had been any attempt to pay the guards not to give police details of the case.
