Instead of the usual sweaty pump class at California Fitness Centre's Central studio, a cocktail party was held to announce actor Michael Wong Man-tak as a spokesperson for the fitness chain. Friends turned up to congratulate the actor who impressed everybody by saying he worked out every day, with yoga class being his favourite. Wong is the first Asian celebrity to be appointed a spokesperson for the chain. Other appointees are model and actress Cindy Crawford and basketball legend Magic Johnson.
