Henderson Land Development and Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) have secured Government approval to build a 2.09 million-square feet residential and commercial project in Tai Kok Tsui. The Buildings Department gave its approval in April for the developers to build 10 45-storey residential towers on the former shipyard site. The towers will be positioned above a five-level podium with one basement totalling 376,000 sq ft.
