Starring Mark Addy, Tracey Wilkinson, Josie Lawrence Director James Cellan Jones It's a strange little film and how it has reached Hong Kong screens is anyone's guess. Malcolm (Mark Addy, below, the big guy from The Full Monty) lives in the English seaside town of Blackpool. He drives a cab, loves his life and has a very healthy appetite - evidenced by the fact that he has two wives living at opposite ends of the town. For Malcolm, life is sweet. His job enables him to split his time between the two women and blame his disappearing acts on his shiftwork. But then it all seems to go wrong. Wife number one, Norma (Tracey Wilkinson, below left), wins the National Karaoke Championship and, for first prize, she gets to sing a duet with Noddy Holder, ex-lead singer of Slade and owner of perhaps the world's silliest sideburns. Wife number two, Natalie (Josie Lawrence, below right), is a costume designer who wins a contract to clothe - you guessed it! - Noddy Holder. And, of course, both women demand Malcolm's presence at the concert. Cue scenes of stress for poor Malcolm. But Married 2 Malcolm never delivers. If you're not from the England's north, and have no idea who Holder is, stay away. Married 2 Malcolm is screening at Cinemetro.
