[email protected] Top of the class. The Chinese International School is staging a fund-raising fashion show in its Braemar Hill gymnasium next Wednesday. Titled Virtuosity 2000, it is based on the 'one world' concept of multiculturalism and will showcase a wide array of labels, from Hermes and Kookai to Kitterick and local designers. Cocktails are scheduled at 6pm with a catwalk presentation following at 7pm. Tickets are $50 and all proceeds will benefit the Anti-cancer Society of Hong Kong. Open house. 'Naked' is the must-see graduation exhibition of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Design. Comprising fashion, graphic, industrial, interior and photographic works, it runs until June 25 in the studio of the school, located at Level 1, Core AG, on the PolyU campus from 10am to 8pm daily. Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium - not exactly known for its cutting-edge fashion - is set to take on Shanghai Tang with its range of (relatively) affordable, Asian-inspired clothing (right).
