An exhibition of school projects designed to promote the concept of healthy eating was launched as part of the Healthy Food Project, organised by the Education Department in support of the 'Healthy Living into the 21st Century' campaign.
A total of 73 secondary and 91 primary schools took part in the project.
The exhibits demonstrated imagination and creativity, including projects featuring the use of information technology to promote healthy food, reports of improvements in personal eating habits and records of personal experience in introducing healthy eating habits to others.
Apart from the exhibition, two seminars to strengthen the message were also organised by the Education Department.
Winners in the project were honoured at a prize presentation ceremony officiated by Assistant Director of Education Tam Chun-kit.
