Kwun Tong Kung Lok Government Secondary School held a lavish variety show attended by parents, students, alumni, teachers past and present and special guests to mark its 30th anniversary at the Hong Kong City Hall Theatre.

After a hi-tech opening ceremony complete with strobe lights, lasers and computer graphics by the school's management committee led by Dr Vincent Chan, the show kicked off with an IT montage of photographs taken over the past 30 years. The photographs told the story of the school by taking a closer look at the evolution of some of the yearly events held.

There were also light-hearted interviews with alumni from the '70s, '80s and '90s, which boosted the warm atmosphere that was present that evening.
