Masahiro Nakai (left) was chosen  for a new TV commercial for a Japan satellite TV station, Sky Prefect TV.

The new series  advertises the broadcasting of World Cup matches next year.

In the commercial, Nakai plays a goalkeeper who blocks a high- speed football with his head.  He shows a pained facial expression.  Advertisers hope the comical story will attract large audiences.
