A taxi passenger attacked the driver with a stun gun and fled without paying his $130 fare in Kwai Chung. The man, aged about 25, attacked the 58-year-old driver when the cab arrived in Kwong Fai Lane shortly after 12.30am. Police said the passenger also tried to snatch money but fled empty-handed when the driver tried to stop him.
