Outdoor activities such as cycling, swimming and camping with family and friends at weekends or holidays give us a lot of pleasure. But accidents or injuries may spoil that happiness. Take a fully-charged mobile phone with you.

Wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the weather and the activity.
