The competition, held every four years in Beijing, pits teams from different areas in China. The team from Shunde won over chefs from 67 cities. Their award-winning dishes include stir-fried premium fresh milk with lobster balls, deep-fried bitter melon dumplings with sesame seed paste, stir-fried fresh water snake meat with green vegetables, and deep-fried pumpkin dumplings.
