Three to face piling charges

Chan Shing, 53, Yeung Wing-keung, 47, and Lo Kam-fai, 53, employees of piling contractor Hsin Chong (Foundations) Ltd will appear in Tsuen Wan Court today to face three charges of conspiring to defraud the Housing Department over substandard piling in Tung Chung.
