Casio joins Mitsubishi in joint venture

Japanese electronics firm Casio Computer and trading house Mitsubishi are setting up a joint sales venture in Shanghai's preferential tax zone. Casio will transfer the sales divisions of six local subsidiaries into the new firm and will take a stake of more than 50 per cent in it.
