Shell increases fuel prices

SHELL has announced a price rise for super unleaded petrol from $10.50 to $10.80 a litre effective from midnight last night. Prices for diesel go up from $6.29 to $6.44 a litre. The company said the adjustment, which comes after Caltex's price rise on Wednesday, was necessary because import prices had gone up.
