Offers by Growth Enterprise Market candidates Epro and Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech have been moderately received by the market after the firms made drastic price cuts.
However, telecommunications solutions provider Neolink Cyber Technology (Holding) was 39.3 per cent undersubscribed.
Enterprise software provider Epro's placement of 120 million new shares was about 1.5 times subscribed, according to a source.
This came after the company last week slashed the issue price by up to 46.2 per cent to 70 HK cents, from an original target range of HK$1 to HK$1.30, and lowered the number of new shares to be issued from up to 200 million to 120 million.
Epro hopes to issue more shares within the next six months if market conditions improve, the source said.
Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech, which has cut the price of its 24 million new shares offered to institutional investors by as much as 44.4 per cent, has booked a subscription rate of about four, sources said.
