The fund-raising event 'Art Fete Brings Hope 2000' will be held this Saturday and Sunday and from August 16 to 17 to help children with heart disease. The activities will be held at China Hong Kong City and Times Square, Causeway Bay.
The event is headed by DMHC Siu Ming Catholic Secondary School and jointly organised by a number of lo cal secondary schools.
The proceeds from the sale of handicrafts made by students at participating schools will be donated to the Children's Heart Foun dation.
Schools taking part in the event are Maryknoll Convent School, St Stephen's Girls' College, Wah Yan College, Hong Kong, Sacred Heart Canossian College and Holy Family Canossian College.
The co-organising guest schools are La Salle College, Marymount Secondary School, Wah Yan College, Kowloon, Jockey Club Ti-I College and St Mary's Canossian College.
