As a Marco Polo member since 1967, with more than four million flight miles with Cathay Pacific, I feel qualified to comment on the excellent services of Hong Kong's flagship airline.
To start with, the Marco Polo card, unlike cards from other airlines, immediately stands you apart as being someone special and the check-in service and hospitality in the Wing lounge are gratifying. The flight crew are devoted toward making you feel welcome aboard and work hard at keeping you in comfort so you truly 'arrive in better shape'.
Finally, after going through a disappointing East meets West menu the new food selection is balanced and scrumptious.
So, if you want great service from check-in to check-out, take Cathay Pacific, there is no substitute.
