A CHINESE University graduate who had been unemployed for 15 months plunged 21 storeys to his death from a Kwun Tong public housing block yesterday . Chan Chun-fat, 26, was found by a neighbour in a pool of blood on the ground floor outside Lee Hang House in Shun Lee Estate. He was taken to United Christian Hospital but was certified dead at 9.21am. Chan lived on the 10th floor of the building. Police said he had gone out for breakfast earlier in the day with his grandmother. A police spokesman said investigators believed Chan jumped from the open corridor on the 21st floor. Foul play was not suspected. Officers found dozens of job applications in his room. His parents said their son had been unemployed since graduating in computer studies in May last year and had applied unsuccesfully for several jobs.
