More than 900 teachers, students and parents cheered for participants during Hong Kong True Light College's 16th swimming gala at Pao Yue Kong Swimming Pool.
The gala kicked off after the opening speech by vice-principal C K Wong.
The competitors from the school's six houses battled keenly for honours while their supporters cheered them on.
An astonishing 10 records were set this year. Among them, three records were broken by Lam Lok-sze (Form 1D) from the New Star group and two were broken by Lui Mo-shan (Form 4E) from the senior group.
Chairman of Southern District Joint Schools Conference Ko Kam-cheung presented trophies, medals and souvenirs to the winners.
The gala officially ended to the tune of Auld Lang Syne, to symbolise the true spirit of fair play among students.
