QPL's Li in placement

QPL International Holdings' major shareholder Li Tung-lok has placed 80 million existing shares in the group, seven per cent of existing capital, at $1.20 each to independent investors.

Mr Li also will exercise 43.9 million QPL warrants. His stake in the company, 39.2 per cent before the placement and warrants exercise, will be reduced to 37.7 per cent.
