HUTCHVISION has announced a four-year extension of the contract with Taipei's United Communications Group to handle STAR TV advertising sales in Taiwan.

  This extends the arrangement until December 31, 1996. STAR TV will increase programming and marketing there, ahead of the launch of pay-TV services, by the end of the year.
